Making fabulous Lemon Water!



The benefits of lemons have been well documented for years! To say they are a superfood is the understatement of the century! Not only do they provide a certain zip, zing and a zang to boring old water, but they also:-

  • helps your digestive system
  • have anti-cancer properties
  • helps you be strong and nimble because of the potassium they contain
  • prevent kidney stones
But how can YOU get it into your diet without feeling like your gums are receding as you chomp into them? Well it's easier than you think...

Creating Warm Lemon Water

In a word, the PERFECT way to commence your day- kickstarting your metabolism!


Delicious Warm Lemon Water

Firstly, slice your lemon into squeezable pieces.


Then, squeeze your lemon over an ice cube tray, letting the juice drip into it. You may need a few lemons overall to achieve this. When the ice cube tray is full, place in the freezer overnight.


Place a cube of lemon juice ice into your cup


Pour and enjoy!


Or.... 
Lemon Infused Water to take away...


Simply slice the lemon into a piece that can fit into your bottle... I try to fit as many pieces into my bottle as possible so I can enjoy the maximum taste!


Once you have fit your lemons into the water, replace the top and give it a good shake to release the flavour and the lemony goodness!
