The Top Five Superfoods...

 Tea, ginger, salmon... all claim to be superfoods, and I'll be honest, before I wrote this post, I knew superfoods were obviously good for you, but I just didn't know exactly what they were! I am so glad I took the time to research them... I have fitted them into my diet and I feel great as a result! What are Superfoods? Simply put there is not one official definition of a 'superfood', but we say that they are anything that contain high levels of nutrients and have health benefits far beyond 'common foods'. 5. Tea ... four cups of tea per day will keep your heart healthy... Ah... the Great British staple. Research has shown that four cups of this superfood, or super drink, per day, will keep your heart healthy. So not only will you be alert after your morning cuppa, you will be safe in the knowledge that your ticker is in great shape too! As if that wasn't good enough, tea can help to prevent the hardening of your arteries.
